My name is Simon Enwia and I live in Niles, Illinois. I am a serial entrepreneur, lead executive and multi-state Commercial broker focused on value and disintermediation in real estate and prop-tech. I own and manage SENW which was established to provide unmatched residential and commercial real estate services. As a multi-state commercial broker, I’ve had the privilege of leading a successful brokerage firm and a development company specializing in both commercial and residential holdings, alongside a general contracting division. In the past, I’ve had the opportunity to lead high-powered teams and boards at Building Block REIT and Building Block Management, where we integrated digital assets and cutting-edge technology into US-based commercial real estate operations.

I’m also an investor in prop-tech and auto-tech, with a particular interest in automation and value-based blockchain technology. My goal is to continue exploring new ways to improve efficiency and drive progress in these industries.
